What is the Smart Beaver Coship decoder?
A signal decoding device that makes your TV accept digital signal. It is an affordable yet premium set-top box with over 100 free-to-air channels to date, with more expected.
I live in a remote place. Will it work?
Reception depends on signal strength and factors like geographical landscape. If your regular TV channels are of fair quality, the Smart Beaver will most likely give you better viewing.
Are there monthly charges or subscription fees?
No. Once you buy the decoder, you watch the listed channels for free.
Do I need a dish or special aerial?
No. Your regular aerial is good enough. The decoder uses Digital Terrestrial Television (DTTV) technology, not a satellite dish or cable connection.
How do I install it?
No tools or technical expertise are needed. The box includes instructions and a diagram for the connection.
Will I receive channels immediately?
Yes. Once connected, it automatically picks up channels and shows them in your TV menu.
Can I trade in a different decoder?
Not yet. We are working on a Smart project that will let customers exchange old decoders for a Smart Beaver.
